Deu 26:19 ……. And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the LORD thy God, as he hath spoken. :
1. Pray that in all that you will do, in all that you will go through this year, the name of the Lord God will be elevated, His name alone will you glorify. (Ps. 97:9) (Lev. 26:1) (Exd. 20:4) (Deut. 5:8) (Deut. 27:16)
2. Pray that the Lord God will elevate you far above the heathens around. (Deut. 26:19) (Deut. 28:1). Pray that you shall be the head only and not the tail. (Neh. 8:5) (Jer. 37:1). Pray that when you are elevated, you will acknowledge God always giving Him all the glory.
3. Pray and come against every curse of demotion, stagnation, retrogression and delay in your life (Deut. 28:43) (Gal 3:13). Pray that the Lord will lead you to your elevation this year. (1Chro.11:6).
4. Pray that the Lord will promote you, so as to be of help to your nation, to your generation, and to the needy around (2sam.5:12) (Matt. 25:35-40). Pray, that in your exalted position, He will grant you the grace to be a light for the world to see. (Matt. 5:16) (2Pt. 2:12)
5. Pray that the Lord will cut down and remove every barrier, obstacles hindering the manifestation of our elevation this year. (Isa. 45:2) (Mk. 11:33) Col. 3:13).Pray that the Lord will restore back the lost glory of Christians who once occupied exalted positions. Pray that the Lord will restore the years, months and days that the canker worms and caterpillars have destroyed. (Is 40:1-2,4) (52:13).
6. Pray for the grace to live in humility, for God to elevate you. (Lk. 4:11) (Ps 18:22) Job 22:29) (1Pt 5:6) (James 4:10). Pray that pride will not hinder you from being elevated this year.
7. Pray for righteousness and right living to be exalted in our nation, Nigeria. (Prov. 14:34). Pray for those occupying elevated positions in this country, that the Lord will help them, grant them the grace to live right and the ability to stamp out corruption from every aspect of our life as a Nation.
8. Pray for the SMIC and other ministers that the grace of God to serve acceptably with reverence and godly fear will be bestowed upon them, hence leading to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus. (Heb. 12:28). Pray that every obstacle against the promotion and expansion of the gospel of Christ shall be removed.
9. Pray that the Lord will remove from exalted positions every one plotting against the peace, progress and prosperity of Nigeria. Pray that God will make straight all that is crooked about Nigeria (Isa.40:4) (Isa. 45:2-3)
10. Pray that God will promote everyone who has been faithful to the growth and progress of this nation to exalted political positions in this country. Pray that God will put in places of authority and power, leaders that will genuinely love this country with all their hearts, (Ps. 78:70-72) (Jer. 15:21) that will deliver us from the consequences of bad leadership decisions of the past.
My Confession:
I thank you Lord for your plan to elevate me this year. I declare that in whatever I will go through this year, I will bless your name, I will choose to believe in you, I will choose to glorify your name. I confess that the Lord God is elevating me far above the heathens around me. I declare that I shall be the head and not the tail, my days of retrogression and failures are over in Jesus name. God is promoting me so as to be of help to my nation and for the less privileged around me. I declare that God will grant me the grace to remain sane in my exalted position, God is granting me the grace to be above only. I declare, this year the Lord is restoring the lost glory of every believer who profess Christ as Lord. The days and years that the destroyers have eaten and taken away shall be restored in multiple folds in Jesus name. I confess that the Lord God is removing every barrier hindering my breakthrough, I am moving forward and charting a new course this year in Jesus name. I declare every obstacle hindering my elevation this year to be removed in Jesus name.I confess, our nation Nigeria, is charting a new course ; righteousness and right living are taking a vital position in our dealings as a nation. Our nation Nigeria is winning the battle against corruption, and Nigeria is becoming the envy of every nation of the world. I confess, that Nigeria is regaining her position as the giant of Africa in all ramifications in Jesus name.I declare that our leaders are receiving the grace to rule well in the fear of God. I declare that our leaders this year are contributing immensely towards fighting against corruption in Jesus name. I confess that our senior minister in charge and other ministers of this ministry are receiving the grace to serve the Lord God acceptably. I declare that God’s grace to serve in reverence and fear is daily released unto them this year in Jesus name. I confess that God is promoting faithful men full of integrity to the position of power and authority in the country. God is putting in place leaders who will love this country genuinely with all their hearts in Jesus name. I am full of faith and power by the Spirit of God who dwells in me. I have power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt me. Through the greatness of God’s power that is mine shall all my enemies submit themselves unto me. I have power to get wealth. God’s grace is sufficient for me in every area of my life as His strength is made perfect in my weakness. I have all the power that it takes to do what He will want me to do. I will Praise the Lord in His sanctuary, I will praise Him in the firmament of His power.
